Waiting....

Do you ever live life in limbo?

Waiting for something you know is coming?

You just aren't sure when it's coming.

I just finished a book called "Before My Heart Stops"  by Paul Cardall.  It's a story about a man who needs to find a new heart, his is badly damaged, so that he can live to see his daughter grow up.  The book was inspiring and I recommend it.  In the book, as he is waiting for a heart that could save his life he talks about something called  "the waiting psychosis", he defines it as ".....a social standstill, or lack of progression where nothing seems to be moving forward until a concluding event."

While I'm not waiting on a new heart or a life or death situation, I still wonder about coming events and I am having a hard time focusing on other aspects of my life right now.

So I guess if you need me any time soon, you'll know where to find me.......I'll be right here.........
